Elge can manufacture creams, liquids, lotions, ointments, suppositories, and suspensions of various quantities. Elge has liquid manufacturing and packaging capabilities ranging from 100 gallons to 1800 gallons. Elge manufactures from 50,000 to 225,000 suppositories per manufacturing batch. Our current product line ranges from OTC products to DEA controlled legend products.


Manufacturing:
Elge provides finished products in a large variety of batch sizes. Our batches range from as small as 80 gallons to as large as 1800 gallons.

Other manufacturing systems include USP grade inline water systems, positive displacement and centrifugal pumps, Ross homogenizers, and calibrated temperature-control systems. We use variable speed mixing with dual agitation and hot or cold capabilities.

Elge also generates and maintains the data for companies in need of validation and stability batches.

Packaging:
Elge provides packaging for creams, liquids, lotions, ointments, suppositories, and suspensions. Sizes normally range from 15 mL to 16 oz, but we also have equipment to handle smaller sizes. Special packaging for items requiring package inserts and tamper evident systems is available at Elge as well.

Our automatic packaging (carton, tamper evident sleeves, boxing) and tamper evident heat induction sealers are designed for maximum safety assurance, as is our heat-tunnel shrink wrapping.
